STIFIn Decoder Practitioner Network — Standard Agreement (Malaysia) 1. Listing & Profile Your profile (name, photo, city, languages, specialties, rate, certification ID) is publicly visible. You confirm all information is accurate and current. 2. Independent Contractor You operate as an independent practitioner. The platform does not employ you; you are responsible for your own taxes, SSM/LHDN compliance, and professional indemnity coverage. 3. Bookings & Sessions Sessions booked or initiated through the platform must be honoured at the published rate. Re-routing platform-introduced clients to off-platform payment within the first 12 months is a breach of this agreement. 4. Platform Fee A 15% service fee is deducted from each completed booking and live session. Payouts are released within 3 business days after a session is marked completed by the client. 5. Cancellation Clients may cancel up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Under 24 hours: 50% to the practitioner. No-shows: 100% to the practitioner. 6. Code of Conduct You will (a) keep all client information strictly confidential, (b) not give medical, legal or financial advice outside your qualification, (c) refer to a licensed professional when the case is beyond your scope, and (d) treat every client with respect regardless of background, faith, or orientation. 7. Quality & Removal The platform may suspend or remove a profile for repeated low ratings, verified complaints, or breach of this agreement, with written notice. 8. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Confidentiality, NDA & Data Privacy Undertaking (PDPA 2010, Malaysia) A. Confidentiality I will treat all client information disclosed during chat, video, or in-person sessions as strictly confidential. I will not share, post, screenshot, repost, or discuss any identifiable client content with any third party — including social media, family, or peer practitioners — without the client's written consent. B. No Off-Platform Solicitation of Personal Data I will not request a client's identity card number, banking credentials, passwords, or other sensitive personal data outside of what the platform collects for booking. I will not store client chat transcripts on personal devices longer than 30 days after a session. C. Personal Data Protection Act 2010 I will comply with PDPA 2010. Client data accessed through the platform may only be used to deliver the booked session. I will report any suspected data breach to the platform within 24 hours of discovery. D. Vulnerable Clients & Safeguarding If a client discloses self-harm, abuse, or imminent danger, I will follow the platform's safeguarding protocol and refer to Befrienders KL (03-7627 2929) or Talian Kasih 15999, as appropriate. I will not attempt clinical diagnosis or treatment. E. Certification & Vetting I confirm my STIFIn certification ID and date are accurate. I will provide the platform with proof of certification on request. False or expired credentials are grounds for immediate removal and possible legal action. F. Acknowledgement Breach of this undertaking allows the platform to suspend my account, withhold pending payouts, and pursue civil remedies under Malaysian law.
