We want you to be happy with your subscription to the Stifinwise Learning & Teaching Studio. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your order date for any reason.
How to request a refund
Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net, enter the email address you used at checkout, and follow the link Paddle sends you to manage your order and request a refund; or
- Email us at support@stifinwise.live with your order ID or the email used at checkout, and we will help arrange the refund through Paddle.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account or via paddle.net to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. If a renewal charge was processed and you no longer wish to use the Service, contact us within the refund window above and we will arrange a refund through Paddle where eligible.
How long refunds take
Once approved, refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
